I had my husband call today and try and get an appointment to service our swamp cooler that seemed to have stopped working after we were away for a few days. The earliest appointment we could get was 3 days out (three hot days!). Surprise! Wendy(?) from the office called and said she had a free tech she could send right over (Thank you!). The service could not have been better. Phil arrived quickly and after doing an initial inspection suggested I fix it ourselves. He took my husband on the roof and showed him exactly what needed to be repaired and answered a number of questions we had. Thank you Phil! Your excellent support will get us through the weekend and hopefully the summer!
